Built from heavy-duty materials with fully welded seams, these curbs ensure long-term performance in demanding environments.

Specifications

Provide factory-insulated, premanufactured roof curbs of Style RC-8, manufactured by Roof Products & Systems, Bensenville, IL, at all roof openings as indicated on the drawings.

Curbs shall include:

Box-section design with full base plate
18-gauge galvalume® steel with continuous welded seams
Separate 14-gauge water deflector plate
1-1/2" thick, 3 lb. density rigid fiberglass insulation, encapsulated top and bottom
Any required internal stiffeners to support specified rooftop equipment
Minimum curb height of 8 inches or as shown on drawings
Ability to accommodate roof deck slope for a level mounting surface

Premanufactured curbs shall include all burglar bars, liners, and other options specifically noted on the drawings.

Field-assembled curbs are not acceptable.
