Alumi-Flash Flashing Systems Standard and Large

RPS Alumi-Flash Flashing Systems provide an economical, weathertight solution for routing pipes through roofs, accommodating pipe sizes from 3/8" to 12". The seamless .060" spun aluminum base and molded EPDM rubber cap create a durable, maintenance-free seal that allows for both vertical and horizontal pipe movement. Stainless steel clamps and a Weather-Tite Pressure Seal ensure reliable, long-lasting performance in a wide range of temperatures.

Features & Specifications:

Seamless spun aluminum base, .060" thick for strength and durability
Weathertite pressure seal collar mechanically locks flexible cap to base
Molded EPDM rubber cap resistant to ozone and UV rays
Stainless steel clamp(s) for added seal protection
Serviceable temperature range: -60°F to +270°F
Accommodates pipe sizes from 3/8" to 12"
Allows vertical and horizontal pipe movement

Economical, maintenance-free solution for weathertight roof penetration seals

Compatible caps for various pipe configurations:

N18: up to four 3/8" to 1" pipes
N21: up to four 1" to 2" pipes
N28: up to two 3/8" to 1" pipes and up to two 1" to 2" pipes
N62: single pipe 2" to 6"
N182: single pipe 8" to 12"
