REPLACE OLD ROOFTOP EQUIPMENT
SPECIFICATION
Furnish and install transition curb adapters as manufactured by Roof Products & Systems Corporation at all existing rooftop curbs as shown on drawings.
Curbs shall be fabricated of 14 gauge galvanized steel with continuous welded watertight and airtight corners and seams for one-piece construction with internal reinforcement to support specified new rooftop units, and shall be insulated with 1-1/2" thick, 3# density rigid fiberglass board. All dimensions to be co-ordinated by manufacturer and shop drawings furnished for specifier's review. Fabrication shall not commence until final review and acceptance of shop drawings by specifier. Contractor fabricated transition curbs are not acceptable.
