DECK-MATES FOR ALL EXPOSED METAL ROOF SYSTEMS

The RPS Deck-Mate Pipe Seal is designed to work in conjunction with any configuration of corrugated roof.  The Deck-Mate is engineered so that the aluminum flanged base bends to any contour, deck irregularity, or roof pitch.  The Deck-Mate seals watertight to the roof panel with silicone sealant and standard self-drilling, self-tapping fasteners.

SPECIFICATION

Furnish and install RPS Deck-Mate as manufactured by Roof Products & Systems Corporation at all locations where pipes 18" or less penetrate the metal roof system as shown on drawings.

The Deck-Mate shall be EPDM or Silicone molded rubber.  EPDM Deck-Mates shall have a serviceable temperature range of -60°F to +270°F.  Silicone Deck-Mates shall have a serviceable temperature range of -100°F to +500°F.  EPDM and silicone shall be resistant to ozone and ultraviolet.  Each unit shall have a 1" wide flexible corrosion-resistant flexible aluminum base.
